44dd Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Responsibilities, and Platform Rules

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "44dd" means the online gaming and sports betting service accessible at 44dd.io and any associated mobile or web application operated under the same brand.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who registers an account on the 44dd platform, whether or not they have made a deposit or placed a wager.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a User, containing their personal information, wallet balance, transaction history, and gaming history.
• "Wallet" or "BDT Wallet" means the virtual funds account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) associated with each registered User account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, live dealer table, crash game, virtual sport, or any other product offered by 44dd.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's account by 44dd under a promotional offer.
• "Verification" means the process by which 44dd confirms a User's identity, age, address, and payment method ownership in accordance with the platform's KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed under Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions that is expressly forbidden on the 44dd platform.
• "Force Majeure" means any event outside the reasonable control of 44dd, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment provider disruptions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the 44dd platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 44dd.

If you are accessing the 44dd platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

44dd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 44dd platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 44dd enforces a strict minimum age of 21. Users who are under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not as an agent or on behalf of any business entity for commercial purposes.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme, or have previously been self-excluded from the 44dd platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 44dd, or a close family member of any such person, unless expressly permitted in writing by 44dd.

44dd takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any User at any time. Where age verification is pending, 44dd may restrict access to betting, deposits, and withdrawals until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage User will be forfeited in full, and the account will be permanently closed.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 44dd services, including depositing funds and placing bets, you must register a single personal account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 44dd platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via a third party — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 44dd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 44dd will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs before you provide such notification.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment method change, you must update your account profile accordingly.

44dd reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee the right to use any particular service or product offered by the platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 44dd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers where available.

Deposits: A minimum deposit of ৳200 applies per transaction. 44dd does not charge any platform fee on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees independent of 44dd; you are responsible for any such third-party charges. Deposits are credited to your BDT Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: A minimum withdrawal of ৳500 applies per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times. 44dd reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

• 44dd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your registered 44dd account.
• Deposits made using Bonus Funds or promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 44dd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these terms, pending investigation.
• Where a deposit is made in error or a User requests a reversal before any betting activity has taken place, 44dd will endeavour to process a refund to the original payment method, subject to payment provider capabilities.

44dd is not a financial institution. Funds held in your BDT Wallet do not accrue interest. 44dd will make reasonable efforts to hold User funds securely, but is not responsible for losses arising from payment provider outages, network failures, or Force Majeure events.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 44dd is subject to the specific rules of each product, sport, or game category, which are published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules will prevail in respect of the specific product only.

• Cricket & Sports Betting: Pre-match and in-play bets are accepted subject to available markets and the rules of the applicable sport. 44dd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or incomplete information. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are covered by specific cricket betting rules available on the Cricket section of the platform.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and game shows — are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each game are governed by those providers and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Slots: Slot games are provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each slot title operates with a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage as certified by the respective provider. 44dd does not modify RTP settings.
• Crash Games: Games such as Aviator operated by Spribe use a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which each round ends is determined independently of 44dd. Results cannot be predicted or influenced by any player or by 44dd.
• General: All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. 44dd does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets, except in circumstances where the platform itself has experienced a verified technical error that materially affected the outcome.

Bonuses & Promotions

44dd offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer:

• All bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users aged 21 and above only. 44dd reserves the right to exclude specific Users from promotions at its discretion.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in each offer. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must be wagered ten times before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time per account, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 44dd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a User's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will apply.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Free bet credits and cashback credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from their use may be withdrawn, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 44dd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by 44dd.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity using the 44dd platform as a vehicle.
• Attempting to circumvent security systems, exploit software vulnerabilities, or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person who is ineligible to use the platform, including persons under 21.
• Making defamatory, abusive, or threatening communications to 44dd staff or other platform users through any support or communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 44dd platform — including but not limited to the brand name 44dd, the platform logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the property of 44dd or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any platform content; reverse-engineer any platform software; create derivative works based on platform content; or use any 44dd branding for commercial purposes without the express written consent of 44dd.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is governed by their individual licensing agreements with 44dd.

Privacy & Data

44dd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

44dd implements industry-standard technical security measures including SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption, secure password hashing, and access controls to protect User data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute data security, and 44dd cannot be held liable for data breaches that occur despite the application of reasonable security measures.

User data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. 44dd may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or as necessary to operate the platform.

Responsible Gaming

44dd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. Account Suspension & Termination

44dd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period after being requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve months or more.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Requirement to do so under applicable law or at the direction of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these terms, any balance in the BDT Wallet — including both real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in full at 44dd's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a verified breach (e.g., inactivity or voluntary closure), 44dd will return the real-money balance to the User's registered payment method following completion of verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days, subject to the settlement of any pending bets or withdrawals.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44dd shall not be liable to any User for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the 44dd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits due to platform downtime, technical errors, or Force Majeure events.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from circumstances outside 44dd's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Actions taken by third-party game providers in respect of game rules, RTP settings, or game availability.

44dd's aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Amendments to These Terms

44dd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — such as changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus conditions, or eligible age requirements — 44dd will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to all registered Users at least seven days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 44dd platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these terms.
